Free Estimates

We believe that our customers are entitled to be informed of the cost of work which needs to be carried out before we begin, thats why we are open with our Free Estimate and Charging Policy . We will give you a free transparent estimate which ensures you won’t be charged until you are happy with the price and solution discussed. Our honest policy ensures that you will always be in control of the work and the price paid.

We do not charge for call-outs, travelling or parking, – we have no hidden charges.

We charge a flat first hour fee, then by increments of 30 mins. Unlike other companies we will not charge for an additional half hour if we go over by up to 5 minutes into the next half hour.
