Dave and his team @ Bailey Day Heating and Plumbing did a fantastic job on a complete bathroom re-furb. They provided a competitive quote, work started on time and kept to schedule even though there were a few extra complications along the way. The team are polite, efficient and tidy in their work. Bailey Day quoted me a very competitive price for a new Valliant Pro Plus Boiler install, Room thermostat and chemical flush. Probably half the price that British Gas wanted. The job was completed in 2 days to a very high standard by one of their engineers who cleared up and removed from site the old boiler. Even when we had a small problem a worker came around the next day to rectify the problem. Because Bailey Day are registered Valliant installer the Boiler is backed by a 7 year Parts and labour Guarantee. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending his company and have asked them to carry out my yearly service on the new boiler.

Overall I am very happy with the job Bailey Day cared out. A member of staff who came to view and quote on the job and was very professional and attentive. He acted like a project manager throughout the job and was always contactable. The bathroom fitter was brilliant and had a great attitude to work and giving the client what they wanted and to a high standard. He uncovered some very poor plumbing by the previous fitters and took it personally that some tradesman take shortcuts. He was able to fix these problems and also some other plumbing issues that were not bathroom related. I was happy to leave him unattended in my property, but also had the pleasure of spending time with him as I was going some other DIY tasks at home, which he offered advice and also loaned me some of his tools. All in all a very happy customer and would recommend.

Bailey Day visited me and gave me a fair quotation. They were very helpful with suggestions and honestand up front which I appreciated. They were also accommodating to over running building work. When the day came for the work they came to work and were absolute legends, they went out of their way for me and did a lot of extra work. They were very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to bathroom fittings and finishes. Will use again and will recommend. Thank you.

Bailey Day Heating and Plumbing were excellent through the whole process. Bailey Day helped me understand the scope of the work and there experience helped me no end when it came to redesigning the new layout. He has great contacts within the industry which helped me get a good deal on the fittings as well. The work done is brilliant and the professionalism showed by this staff wasexcellent. Could not recommend Bailey Day highly enough and will look to rehire them for any future work.
